This Refund Policy explains how Syncpoly OÜ handles refund requests for Wittytalk purchases and subscriptions.
General approach
Wittytalk is a digital learning product. Refund eligibility may depend on the plan purchased, the purchase date, usage, payment provider rules, and consumer laws that apply to you.
Syncpoly OÜ reviews refund requests fairly and in line with applicable law.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage subscriptions through the billing area when available.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not always create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or approved by Syncpoly OÜ.
Duplicate charges and duplicate subscriptions
If you are charged twice by mistake, or if a duplicate subscription is created for the same Wittytalk entitlement, contact support. Syncpoly OÜ will review the issue and, where appropriate, cancel the duplicate subscription and refund the duplicate charge.
Failed payments and dunning
If a payment fails, Wittytalk may notify you and retry payment according to the payment provider's billing rules. Access to paid entitlements may be paused, reduced, or removed if payment is not completed.
How to request a refund
Contact support with the email address on your Wittytalk account, the payment date, the amount charged, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refunds, when approved, are usually returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may be denied where a request is abusive, fraudulent, outside the eligible period, related to a cancelled-but-used billing period, or not required by applicable law.
